Most do not have immunity. Those who recovered are immune but some become permanent carriers and must have liver checks throughout their lifetime more than once annually, may unwitting spread to others via sex, mouth sores, body, skin cuts, blood or fluids
Symtpoms thought "usual", abdominal swelling, pain, jaundice not manifested until quite late when tumor large and liver impaired :
Flu-like - Vomiting, fever, poor apetite, nausea
May turn acute, chronic
Inflammation, permanent scarring, hardening, failure, cancer
Affect digestion, detox, energy storage, metablism
